Holzer Cardiovascular Institute is proud to be affiliated with Mended Hearts, Inc., a non-profit organization affiliated with the American Heart Association offering visiting programs, support group meetings and educational forums for heart patietns, their families, and others touched by heart disease. The mission of Mended Hearts is to "inspire hope in heart disease patients and their families."
